ONE of Britain’s biggest fishing tackle firms has launched a revolutionary new way of getting vital bits of terminal tackle.

Korda launched a new on-line 24-hour tackle ordering service, Korda24, for anglers to use alongside their local tackle shops. Top sportswear firm Nike already run a similar scheme.
It enables anglers on the bank or at home to order and then purchase any Korda carp fishing tackle or Guru match tackle item, and have it delivered where they chose within 2-3 working days.
The service aims to make it easier for customers to obtain their favourite tackle items or search where an item could be in stock if their usual outlet doesn’t have it.
It even opens up the possibility for an angler on the bank who has run out of something he needs, to search to see if the product is in stock in a tackle shop near where he is fishing, and leave the water to go to get it.
The new website www.korda24.com also contains detailed illustrations of rigs used by the likes of specimen hunters Ali Hamidi, Danny Fairbrass and Elliott Gray (pictured above). These then give exact details of all the items used in the rig on display and can be purchased.
